  • SCHARE

    SCHARE is a cloud-based platform for population science and data sets designed to fill critical health research and artificial intelligence gaps.

  • HDPulse

    HDPulse Data Portal provides quick, easy access to descriptive statistics, interactive graphics, and maps that present health disparities across the nation, states, and counties with easy navigation and a mobile-friendly interface that offers several ways to view and download health disparity data.

  • PhenX SDOH Toolkit

    The PhenX SDOH Toolkit provides standard data collection protocols that make it easier for investigators to select measures for use in their own research and to help with comparing, sharing, and combining data from different studies.

  • What are Health Disparities?

    Health disparities are largely preventable health differences that adversely affect populations who experience challenges to optimal health and are closely linked with intergenerational social, economic, and/or environmental disadvantages.

  • NIH-Designated Populations with Health Disparities

    Populations designated by NIH as experiencing health disparities include:

    • Racial and/or Ethnic Minority Populations
    • Low Socioeconomic Status (SES)
    • Underserved Rural Populations
    • People With Disabilities
    • Sexual Minority Groups.
