    NIH is currently operating under the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2026 (Public Law 119-37) that funds most programs and activities at the FY 2025 levels. The National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD) Appropriation for FY 2025 is $535,140,000.
