Caitlin Allick is an IT specialist in the Office of Administrative Management, overseeing IT customer service functions for NIMHD.

Caitlin joined NIH in 2008 as an IT Help Desk contractor supporting the National Cancer Institute (NCI). In 2014, she was promoted to systems administrator on the NCI Infrastructure Team and then to systems team lead in 2019.

In 2020, Caitlin joined the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) as the special projects lead for the Scientific Information Technology Branch (SITB). She worked closely with SITB Management, the NIAMS Service Desk, and the NIAMS Infrastructure Team on various projects while providing customer support. In 2022, she transitioned to a service desk lead role at NIAMS, where she managed a team of service desk technicians and worked alongside the NIAMS federal service desk manager to deliver outstanding customer service to the NIAMS community.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems from the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University.
